Vita / Lebenslauf:
In my paintings I try to capture a certain time or place that has special meaning to me.
I use old family photos for references because I believe that they provide a window to our past. By the time I have completed a painting I feel as though I have come to understand a little about the personalities of the people and the lives they lived.
My favorite place to visit as well as paint is anywhere in Italy. This is the place that makes my heart beat fast and hopefully that comes through in my paintings.

I am currently being represented by Bella Arte Gallery in Pittsburgh Pa. and Frames Forever & Art Gallery in Winter Park Florida.
Besides my work in oils I have illustrated 3 childrens books - Adventures With Paw Paw. And I'm currently working on another childrens book for the non-profit agency Born to Fly Int.
