Kunstart: Skulptur
Technik: Materialmix
Stil: Minimal / Konzeptkunst

Statement:
“God and sex make me tick as an artist. These are the two things we can’t control in our lives, and they are the two things that scare us the most. But, without these incredible forces in our lives, it would be like going back to living in a black and white world, when you’ve already seen things in living color. God made sex as a pleasurable gift and as a looking glass into his divine nature. You can’t have fulfilling sex without God, and you can’t experience God fully without sex. The two go hand-in-hand.”
Michael A. McGrath’s comical 3-D illustrations poke fun at our culture’s prudish avoidance of “all-things-sexual.” His skillfully-made illustrative works-of-art are disarming and sometimes alarming, but you will agree – there is never a dull moment when Michael is “in the house!
