This famous modern cardboard chair, inspired by Gehry's "Easy Edges" series Wiggle chair, is constructed of approximately 60 alternating horizontal/vertical layers of corrugated cardboard with hardboard end caps. The surface has a texture similar to suede that is very pleasing to the touch. The chair is very comfortable and surprisingly strong.
