Kunst ist nicht Regeln zu folgen!

Wer schreibt Dir vor, was Kunst bedeutet? Niemand! Bei meinen Motiven halte ich mich nicht an Vorgaben, Stile oder Techniken. Sie entstehen aus mir heraus, aus den alltäglichen Begegnungen auf der Straße und meinen Beobachtungen. Sie sind dadurch facettenreich, aber hoffentlich nicht immer angenehm. Zumeist behandeln sie den immer voranschreitenden Werteverfall in unserer Zeit. Ich male nicht nur um Ausgeglichenheit, Geduld und Freude zu erreichen, sondern auch um meinem Unmut Ausdruck zu verleihen. Die Freude stellt sich ein, wenn aus einem oberflächlichen Blick ein kurzes Innehalten wird.
