Detlef Krebs 1956 in Düsseldorf geboren.
1977-1980 Studium für Kunst und Design an den Fachhochschulen
Köln und Düsseldorf+Gaststudium.
Stipendien aus meiner Heimatstadt nach London, Paris und New York.

Freischaffender Künstler seit 1995
Bildhauer-Objektemacher-Kunstdesigner.

Seit 1996 gehöre ich dem Kunstkreis der Europäischen Kultur Stiftung
Berlin-Bonn-Paris an.

Mitglied im BBK Bezirksverband Düsseldorf E.V.

Meine Werke befinden sich in privatem wie auch öffentlichem Besitz
im In-und Ausland. Japan, Großbritannien, Portugal, USA, Frankreich, Ukraine, Spanien, Kroatien, Türkei, Griechenland und Kanada.

Der Bildhauer Detlef Krebs ist in der Schulbuch-Serie Abenteuer Mensch
sein mit seiner Arbeit \"Freundschaft\" vertreten.Der Cornelsen-Verlag
Berlin hat dieses einprägsame Motiv des zeitgenössischen Künstlers zur Illustration für die Auflage von 50.000 Exemplaren genommen.
Es erscheint außerdem in der Publikation \"Praktisch Philosophieren\".

Flug der Nationen (Eingetragen im Guinessbuch der Rekorde 2000)
Detlef Krebs organisierte einen \"Flug der Nationen\".70 verschiedenen Nationen flogen am 22 Januar 1999 in einer Maschine der Fluggesellschaft Air Alfa von Düsseldorf (D)nach Istanbul (TR).

Im Auftrag des Museums-Europäische-Kunst habe ich 1998 eine
Bärenfamilie,bestehend aus vier gegenständlichen Skulpturen,geschaffen.

1999 Millenium-Skulptur für die Stadtsammmlung Düsseldorf.

2000 Mitarbeit an dem internationalen Projekt \"Koloss von Rhodos\"zur Rekonstruktion des antiken Leuchtturms in Griechenland.

2001 Restaurierung des Monomentalbronzedenkmals \"Jan Wellem\"in Düsseldorf zur Erinnerung an den Kurfürsten.

Bekenntnisse zu Düsseldorf Grupello Verlag.

2008 Aufnahme ins größte Kunsthaus der Welt bei Ars Mundi.

Kunstprojekt für Terroropfer
2800 Stimmen gegen Terror
Der 11.September 2001 war ein unglaublicher Schock für die ganze Welt.
Zum Gedenken der Opfer des Terroranschlags arbeitet der Bildhauer Detlef Krebs bereits seit über 7Jahren an einem Bronze-Relief mit dem Titel \"Am Ende steht der Anfang\"
Jeder kann sich daran in der Form beteiligen,dass er seine Unterschrift in eine 3-4 Quadratmeter große Reliefplatte eingravieren lässt.Als Beitrag zu den Gravurkosten sind lediglich 5� zu zahlen.
