In February 2004 he won the national competition dedicated to Alberto Sordi, which was held in Rome, with the work "Vola Alberto" (auctioned by Finarte & Semenzato and whose proceeds were donated to the Alberto Sordi Foundation). Vola Alberto was also published on Mondadori's "Art". In December, he represented the Abruzzo region at the first Biennial of Arts of the Unification of Italy held in the Royal Palace of Caserta.
