Bio / Resumee / Statement:
I came to the United States in 1993 from Beijing, China where I was born and started taking painting classes in grade and high school. I graduated with an art degree from The Art and Science School-Branch Campus of Beijing University in 1983. Then I was a book editor until came to the U.S. I went to Queens College to learn English for three years.
In 1997 I was involved in a car accident which hurt my neck, back, left shoulder, arm and hand, cause weakness on my left side since...... sometimes the injury of my neck & back got worse, I can\\\'t even use my right hand, can\\\'t move & get up from bed without help, and have to lie down flat for days......
I really started painting from 2000, first with acrylic for about a year, then I changed to oil, I have been doing oil paintings since. I love painting, it means a lot for me, I paint whenever I can.
I have had exhibits on Nassas County,New York since 2005.

I had exhibit in Long Beach, Bellmore, Wantagh, North Bellmore, Ocean Side, Merrick, Massapequa, Rockvillecentre, Port Washington and Syosset Libraries from 2005.
