Bio / Resumee / Statement:
Born in California, raised in eastern Washington, Megan moved from Seattle to Brooklyn to attend Brooklyn College, CUNY for her MFA (2008). Prior to New York Prince received a BFA, Painting and a BA, Interdisciplinary Visual Arts from University of Washington. Following graduation she founded FAC (Fine Art Community) to help artists gain confidence and insight in their work. A prolific mixed media artist, Prince was included in eight New York exhibitions in the last year, by mature and emerging curators alike, and has been awarded several grants and fellowships. She is currently a studio fellow with EFA in Midtown Manhattan.
