Again, artists.de promotes the artfair Hanseart. The exhibition takes place from 11. - 13th November in Bremen / Germany. Partizipation is starting from 330 Euro.

Below you will find important information related to the exhibition, as well as a summary of the different participation possibilities.
The HanseArt
A room that gathers artistic and commercial interests so that artists as well as galleries have the possibility of exhibiting their work, to be more well known as well as to sell their art.
Participants will be able to
• show their work to a diverse and new interested public
• Exhibit in a friendly yet professional artistic atmosphere
• Be known by people with artistic interests as well as professionals

• Do their own advertisement by giving away flyers, catalogs, profiles, business cards, etc...
EXHIBITORS
The HanseArt is a fair for artists to exhibit and sell their work. We accept dedicated individuals in the areas of painting, graphic, illustration, photography and sculpture. Several galleries are accepted as well. The artists will be evaluated according to their application and the art submitted, in order to ensure that the work quality of the participants is of the highest level.

LOCATION
Messe Center Bremen.
Situated in the center, close to the central station and in immediate vicinity to highways, hotels and restaurants is the exhibition hall provided in the heart of the city.
In an area of 4.500 square meters, more than 150 exhibiters can show their exhibits.
Integrated gastronomy, comfortable assembly and disassembly, good parking situation as well as different standoptions guarantee optimal conditions.
JUDGES
Selected candidates will be informed of their participation after their work has been evaluated by a group of judges. Enough notice will be given to prepare for the exhibit.
BENEFITS
The HanseArt will provide each artist with professional exhibit equipment which ensures an ideal environment to present artistic work. Each artist will benefit from the following:
Use of a stand for three days with movable walls or hoarding elements, from a variety of size
Extra lighting for each individual stands with movable walls consisting of multi-directional spots. The quantity provided depends on the size and shape of the chosen stand
Outlet with a capacity of max.1000 Watt for the stand with hoarding- elements
50 printed invitations allow the artisits to invite their own clients. For these guests there will be free entry to the exhibit
An ideal heated room with good ceiling lights and services such a restaurant and toilets
Optional possibility to rent extra furniture and equipment for each stand. (Artists are allowed to make private arrangements for this as well)
Overnight security through guard service
Detailed exhibit information and publicity prior to the start date.

STAND SIZES
Thanks to the different sizes, each artist has the possibility to chose the ideal size for his/her needs.
PRESS & ADVERTISEMENT
The advertisement activities will be concentrated to the areas around Bremen and the north of Germany. Details are as follows:
Already established contacts to newspapers and magazines will be informed in writing
All radio stations in the area and neighbouring cities
Regional TV-Stations will be given detailed information
Posters will be distributed in the area in and around Bremen
30.000 postcards will be distributed
Paid advertisement in the local newspapers
Galleries in the areas of Bremen and northern regions will be informed in writing
Electronic mails will be sent to the entire KundK Veranstaltungen mailing list
Event forums in Internet will be informed
Art museums in the area will be given advertising material to distribute
Government as well as private institutions which support artistic events will be informed.
EXHIBITION DATES AND TIMINGS
From Friday the 11th to Sunday the 13th, November 2011.
A vernissage will take place on Friday from 6 to 8 pm.
General Exhibition: Saturday from noon to 8 pm. Sunday from 11am to 7 pm.
The participants have to remain on the fair grounds during te exposition.
Please note that smoking is not allowed in the exhibit area.
The setup and dismantling of the exhibition pieces is full responsibility of each artist as well as all insurance related to the whole process. The artist is responsible for engaging at his own cost extra personel in the case of need. The organizer is unable to help with set up or dismantling.
IMPORTANT:
The movable wall and the hoarding element as well as any other part of the building or exhibit equipment is not to be modified. Therefore the use of nails, screws or similar elements as well as the use of any sort of paint or color in the walls is absolutely NOT ALLOWED. The art pieces must be hung or placed in the furniture in such a way that it does not affect the building’s condition in any way.
In order to hang materials on the movable walls, we recommend hanging equipment that we provide for an extra fee. For hanging on the hoarding elements we recommend to use gallerylines and galleryhooks.
Tools, which might be required for setup and dismantling will not be provided by the organizer and must be brought by every participant.

Stand rent for three days: 10,5 meter wall, € 330.- (inline stand, 3,5 x 3,5 x 3,5m)
14 meter wall, € 350.- (stand as above plus outwall element, 3,5 m)
** PRICES PER PARTICIPANT FOR THE STAND WITH MOVABLE WALLS:
Stand rent for three days: 7 meter wall, € 560.- (corner pitch, 3 x 4 m)
9 meter wall, € 630.- (inline stand, 3 x 3 x 3 m)

* Every hoarding element is coated with a white cover and comprised an outlet with a capacity of max. 1000 Watt

The entrance fee per person is € 5,-
Kids and youngsters under sixteen have free access.
Guests invited by the artisits who show their invitation at the entrance will also have free access.

With the tram 6 and 8 to the stop Blumenthalstr.
Car
Exit from the A1, A27 or A28 towards to Bremen-Centrum. You will be there in approx. 10 min.

Terms and Conditions
for KundK Veranstaltungen, Thomas Roth (KundK) for the HanseArt
Registration
The registration implies that the applicant has read and agreed to the below stated Terms and Conditions.
Only the terms and conditions herein contained and those contained in the information sheets annexed to this agreement shall govern. No variations or alterations are endorsed and any other terms or conditions given by the applicants either in written or verbal forms will be considered invalid.
Payment
Payment towards the cost of the stand as specified in the invoice received by each applicant shall be made by the participants in one installment only within 2 weeks from the date of invoice receipt. Last minute applications must be paid in full inmediately.

Insurance and Liability
The applicant is fully responsible for all insurance covering risks during transportation, assembly and disassembling as well as full coverage during the event for damage, theft etc.
The applicant is liable for all damages which he/she might cause during his/her participation also in regards to third parties, as well as any damages to the event’s building including but not limited to the movable and fixed walls as well as all the exhibition’s equipment and technical configurations.
The participant (or by default his/her insurance) shall reimburse on demand to KundK any loss or damages done to any property, personnel or third party caused directly or indirectly by the participant whether or not arising from negligence or lack of caution and care on their part.
The participant will be permitted to bring their own labor/equipment to handle or load the material to be exhibited but all parties must have their own insurance coverage.
Withdrawal
The applicant has the possibility to withdraw. Nevertheless, no refunds will be granted.
Should the applicant resign before payment charges incurred KundK a handling fee of 30 €.
In case of not receiving enough applications or any by other reasons beyond the organizor’s control, KundK reserves the right to cancel the event. The applicant will be informed as soon as possible. In cases where the applicant has already paid the fees, he/she will be refunded.
Application
To apply, use the official application form. The receipt of an invoice implies that the applicant has been officially selected as a participant. IMPORTANT: Please enclose a postage pre-paid envelope with your application. This will ensure that you will get all your documents sent back.
Sharing a stand
The artist shall not assign or sublet the whole or any part of his/her stand or benefit there under without the permission of KundK being in each case first obtained in writing. KundK shall not be bound to grant such consent.
In any case, all insurance, costs and eventual damages related to this third party will be the applicant’s full responsibilty as the official person with whom KundK handled originally.
Stand distribution
KundK reserves the right to decide the stand distribution.
Warranty
Complaints by shortcommings related with the stand or its size must be given to KundK immediately after the stand has been assigned in order to find a prompt solution.
Complaints given after the stand set up and all through the exhibit will not be considered valid and KundK can not be made responsible for them.
The actual services rendered by KundK as well as other terms, can found on the form titled „Exhibition Information“ (obtainable through KundK ).
If the participant fails to fulfill and observe all or any of the part of terms and conditions of this contract to the full satisfaction of KundK, the organizor shall have the right to terminate and rescind the contract any time without giving any notice to the participant and such termination shall always be deemed to be without prejudice to the right and remedies of KundK, in respect of the contractor’s default under this contract.
The exclusive jurisdiction and place of performance for any disputes arising from this agreement is Hamburg, Germany.
