Statement:
I show the symbolic images in my paintings as a complement to the imagery evoked in my poems.

Bio / Resumee / Statement:
Currently I am a member of Loughborough ARTSPACE collective group of artists that exhibit regulaly. Before I worked in Harrogate for 15 years. After redundancy I did a foundation course in art and design at Harrogate Art College. I then went on to do a Fine Art Painting degree at the School of Art and Design at Loughborough University. I graduated in 1994. I paint expressionistic and symbolist narrative type pictures of my poetry.
