Vita / Lebenslauf:
EDUCATION:
I graduated both art history and sociology in 2003 at the Babes-Bolyai University Cluj-Napoca, Romania. Then I did an MA in Medieval Studies at the Central European University, Department of Medieval Studies, Budapest, Hungary, where I am currently enrolled for PhD. For a year I've been working at the National History Museum of Transylvania, in my hometown. In my research I focus on medieval popular art and culture, especially on stove tiles, analyzing motifs such as popular fables, monsters, erotic scenes, but also depictions of saints and religious symbols.
