Bio / Resumee / Statement:
nach Kunststudien in Paderborn und einem dreijährigen Arbeitsaufenthalt im South Florida Art Center Miami-Beach/Florida arbeite ich seit 1991 als freischaffende Malerin.

Seither haben meine großformatigen, farbintensiven und ausdrucksstarken Bilder großen Anklang in den USA gefunden, z.B. bei Ausstellungen in Miami-Beach und auf Titelbildern für diverse Bücher.

Für mich sind große Entfernungen kein Hindernis, um Orte und Ereignisse voller Lebensenergie aufzuspüren und deren Kraft in meiner Malerei zum Ausdruck zu bringen.

Die vielen Reiseerlebnisse z.B. nach Brasilien, Thailand, Philippinen, Indien, Südafrika, Namibia, Jamaica, U.S.A., Mexico, Ägypten, Dubai etc. verarbeite ich in meinen Bildern. Oftmals entstehen daraus ganze Serien.

Momentan lebe und arbeite ich abwechselnd in Cala D’Or auf Mallorca und in Köln.

Dabei wird die Natur über sich selbst hinaus zur Form gesteigert. Auf diese Weise will Frau Fromme dem Betrachter einen Weg in seine eigene Fantasie aufzeigen, in der sich dann Farben und Kompositionen zu einer ganz neuen Form auftuen.

Ihre besondere Spannung beziehen die Arbeiten von Frau Fromme aus ihrer einmaligen Farbigkeit, die den Beschauer sofort gefühlsmäßig gefangen nimmt. Er findet sich dann wieder in einer leuchtenden Welt, in einem ganz eigenen Kosmos.
